Skills Development has become an integral part of the South African business today, and there are so many reasons why companies should be doing skills development, besides the obvious reason – being that you up skill the people in your company / South Africa.

 

For a monthly retainer fee we will submit your WSP and ATR as well as deal with SETA on your behalf.

Monetary Benefits of Skills Development:

Mandatory Grants
(Up to 20% of your Annual payments to SARS for SDL)

Pivotal / Discretionary Grants
(Up to 30% of SDL paid to SARS as FUNDED Training)

We specialise in the following regarding Skills Development:

  • Guide and assist with claiming back 20% of all skills development levies paid to the government.

  • Provide your business with and External Skills Development Facilitator if required

  • Appoint a Training Committee in the case of 50 or more employees, as envisaged by the Act

  • Assist with your WSP and ATR report

  • Advise the employer on Learnerships

  • Act as medium for communicating information between the employer and the relevant SETA

  • Provide telephonic advice on any matter relating to Skills Development

  • Guidance on possible training interventions

  • Guidance on training available and different options
